chelsea's going to winn the premiership and champions league!!! they'd better or else abramovich'll murder mourinho. with gosu strikers like kezman,gudjohnsen,drogba and gosu-er midfielders like duff, robben, lampard, makalele [why did mourinho sell gronkjaer T_T], and gosuu defenders like ferreira, bridge, terry and gallas, and power keepers cudicini and cech, they'd better win something.
anyway about the whole issue concerning the tongues thing [which is a continual debate between charismatic churches and other denominations], i realised today during sunday school it wasn't really important. however, eugene[our teacher] mentioned that people shouldn't be concerned about whether they have the gift of tongues [which can be easily counterfeited by satan], but rather, do what the bible says! thats so much more important. for "If i speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, i am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal' - 1 corinthians 13:1 so love your enemy!
gym asean schools are starting 16 june, i really really must study like mad to watch the gym gosus in action and probably take more gosu pics with my (fathers) gosu camera and post them on my gosu blog with my gosu links. =D hope i'll be able to complete most of revision by then so that i'll be able to take them....
o and during the track and field finals...i went with jongsterman to kallang, then at the stadium i saw my noisy cousin loojingmin and abandoned jongsterman to go support loojingqin..haha. we ended up in the VJ contingent and we were looking extra. i couldn't find the ri/rgs area so i didn't care and when loojingmin went further up the VJ area there were some RJ people watching too. anyway loojingqin did really well for her 4x400, she started as 1st runner and despite the distance deficit runners have the start of the race, she ended up first and passed the baton to 2nd runner...and in the end sngs won by 50m i think [ the last girls mad...cassondra or whatever her name is]. then after that we came out and met loojingqin and she was being pretty happy and she said some sillee stuff but i can't remember wot it was..i then followed loojingmin to her church for some elijah challenge thingy, it was supposed to b a healing session but we were kinda disappointed because the healings weren't drastic [like wheelchaired guy suddenly starts walking thing], but mainly consisted of the bettering of eyesight, hearing, the relief of joint injuries and cramps, etc. nevertheless it was quite cool to see how God works in small ways, and it was an interesting experience. it was quite worrying to think about what those who didn't get healed felt like. eugene explained that sometimes illnesses are part of peoples lives to enable them to draw closer to God by relying on Him more. we should also 'consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.' - James 1:2-3

All you believers out there who say you love Him! Obey His word and do your Quiet time!! [this reminder goes out to myself too :) ] its something natural we'd do upon believing, isn't it? and so is loving your enemies. Let us all set good testimonies so that more people'll be saved.
